What are the shipping and delivery times?We ship all orders through Evri. All orders are processed via standard delivery (1-2 working days). For orders placed after 12pm, the delivery window is triggered the next morning. All shipping costs are specified at checkout.

How do I become a stockist of Thirstea?Please email hello@thirstea-drinks.com outlining your request and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?Please email hello@thirstea-drinks.com attaching photo evidence of the damage. We will (1) arrange a refund or (2) send a replacement order, depending on your preference.

How do I request a refund?Please email hello@thirstea-drinks.com outlining your reason for a refund and attach photo evidence if the order is damaged. All refunds will be made to the same payment method used when placing the original order.

What is the refund policy?Due to the nature of goods sold, we only offer refunds if your order arrives damaged or alternatively, we can send a replacement at your request. If orders arrive late please contact us on hello@thirstea-drinks.com and we will investigate your order further.
